Admissions will contact you to provide an overview of the application process and answer any initial questions you may have about Glenwood Academy.

Submit a Completed Online Application
Submit a completed online application, pay a non-refundable $100 application fee, and submit all required documents as directed by Admissions. Required documents may include:
- Report cards/Transcript
- Psychological-educational evaluation
- Educational plan (IEP, 504, SSP)
- OT/SLP evaluations
